Shipping Process

Once you have placed an online order, we need time to both fulfill the order and ship it to you.

 

In-Stock Items

• Fulfillment generally take 2-3 business days.
• Shipping transit times:
• United States: USPS Domestic - 3-7 business days (Economy); or as quoted at checkout for paid shipping
• International: GlobalPost - 10-14 business days
• Total Lead Time (Fulfillment + Transit)
• United States: USPS Domestic - 5-10 business days
• International: GlobalPost - 12-17 business days

 

Pre-Order Items

• Predicted Item availability is given at checkout and is subject to change at any time. Customers will be notified of changes in the availability date by email as needed.
• Once a Pre-Ordered Item arrives at our fulfillment warehouse, is it subject to the same Lead Time stated above for In-Stock Items.
